Rates apply from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025

• Responsible for the current daily fees until the annual golf membership has been paid
• Includes unlimited golf during regular play & league green fees
• May be responsible for green fees during tournaments & special events
• Must register at the clubhouse prior to playing every day
• Shall abide by all the rules & regulations of the golf course & the Cincinnati recreation commission
• ¹Members may use their personal golf cart on the course at no charge, provided:
  • The golf cart is well maintained & insured
  • Drivers must be 18 years of age or older & have a valid driver’s license 
  • Owners and drivers are responsible for all damages & injuries from the operation of the golf cart
  • Owners & drivers abide by the laws & regulations of the City of Cincinnati & the state of Ohio
• Members are eligible to attend the Fernbank Golf Course Annual Membership Meeting & vote on the matters at meeting, including the election of the golf course Board of Directors 
• Annual Membership Fees are not refundable or transferable
• Payment options: cash, credit card or check (payable to Fernbank Golf Course) 
• Return completed application & payment to Fernbank Golf Course. Do not mail cash.
